Product introduction

This AISI304 stainless steel faucet casting is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel (GB/T 3280 standard), with a 1.2mm thin-wall structure (porosity ≤0.3%) achieved by 7 layers of silica sol precision casting, and the flow channel is electrolytically polished to Ra≤0.8μm to reduce water resistance by 30%. The product is equipped with Swiss TORNOS lathe machining (thread 6H/6g class) and five-axis finishing milling (sealing surface flatness ≤0.02mm), and has passed 1000 hours of salt spray testing and 50,000 switch life tests (EN 817).
