This large CNC machining service is equipped with a 5-meter vertical lathe and gantry machining center, with superior machining capacity (maximum turning diameter of Ø2000mm, workpiece weight ≤8 tons), and can handle a variety of materials such as aluminum alloy (5083/7075), stainless steel (304/316L) and titanium alloy. Through constant temperature workshop (20±1℃) and laser compensation technology to ensure large size accuracy (±0.05mm), provide wind power gearbox, ship thrusters and other large parts processing, with laser quenching (hardness ≥HRC55) and other special processes to meet the energy, rail transit and other industries of heavy precision machining needs.
