Product introduction
This precision aluminum/zinc die casting is made of ADC12 aluminum alloy (9.6-12% silicon content) and Zamak 5 zinc alloy, and is molded by 800T cold chamber (aluminum) and 300T hot chamber (zinc) die casting machines for 0.3-0.5mm ultra-thin-walled complex structures. The product was enhanced by T6 heat treatment (aluminum HB80-90) and passivation coating (zinc corrosion resistance 720 hours +), and strictly tested with three coordinates (±0.015mm) and CT scanning (30μm resolution).
