Product introduction
This aluminum alloy brake drum is formed by A380/ADC12 high-pressure die casting, and the temperature of the die is accurately controlled (±5℃) by 800T cold chamber die casting machine, which realizes the integrated structure of the heat fin and the optimization design of the reinforcement, making the product both lightweight (density 2.7g/cm³) and high strength (tensile strength ≥240MPa). After T5 aging treatment and CNC finishing (inner hole H7 tolerance), combined with shot peening and anodizing (film thickness 20-25μm) surface process, the product has passed 100,000 brake tests and SAE J2522 standard certification, perfectly meeting the strict requirements of thermal dissipation (thermal conductivity ≥96W/m·K) and durability of braking systems such as electric vehicles and commercial vehicles. Monthly production capacity of 50,000 pieces.
