Why choose us?
1. High precision aluminum die casting
The ADC12 aluminum alloy (Japanese JIS standard) has excellent casting fluidity, mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, which is especially suitable for the high-performance needs of automotive parts. The product tolerances are strict (up to ±0.05mm), and the surface finish is high (Ra1.6~3.2μm), meeting the requirements of precision assembly.
2. Auto parts customization
Focus on the production of automotive structural parts, shell parts (such as engine support, transmission components, new energy battery shell, etc.), taking into account lightweight and high strength. Support OEM/ODM full process service, from drawing design to mass production integrated solution.
3. Strict quality control
Passed IATF 16949 automotive quality management system certification, equipped with X-ray flaw detection, coordinate measuring instrument (CMM) and other inspection equipment to ensure zero defect delivery.
Product introduction
As a key component of modern vehicle manufacturing, automotive castings achieve a perfect balance of lightweight and high performance through advanced casting processes. In the field of traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles, castings are widely used in power systems (engine block, transmission housing), chassis suspension (steering knucks, control arms), new energy three-electric systems (battery pack housing, motor end cover) and body structural parts. High pressure die casting (HPDC) process using ADC12 aluminum alloy materials, 80-120MPa high pressure to achieve 0.5-3mm thin-wall complex structure molding, single piece cycle is only 30-60 seconds; Gravity/low pressure casting is more suitable for high strength parts, and better elongation (up to 10% or more) is obtained through slow filling. Combined with surface processes such as T6 heat treatment (increase strength by 30%) and anodizing, the casting simultaneously meets the requirements of lightweight (density 2.7g/cm³), high strength (tensile strength ≥240MPa) and corrosion resistance (salt spray test ≥1000h). With the development of integrated die-casting technology (such as the 30% weight reduction of the bottom plate after 6000T+ die-casting machine), and the application of new materials such as AlSi10MnMg, automotive castings are promoting the industry to become lighter, stronger and more environmentally friendly. Digital quality control methods such as CAE simulation and X-ray flaw detection (CPK≥1.33) ensure the stability and reliability of mass production.
Our advantage
1. High pressure die casting technology
The use of 300-2000T cold/hot chamber die casting machine, high pressure injection (80-120MPa) to ensure rapid filling of liquid metal, reduce porosity, improve density. Can form complex thin-wall structure (minimum wall thickness 0.5mm), integrated thread, heat fin and other functional design.
2. Precision mold development
Combined with CAD/CAE simulation analysis to optimize the mold flow path and cooling system, shorten the mold test cycle and reduce the reject rate.
3. Post-processing of the whole process
Provide shot blasting, anodizing, powder spraying, electrophoretic coating and other surface treatments to enhance wear resistance, corrosion resistance or electrical conductivity.
