Product introduction
This high-precision aluminum alloy die casting adopts ADC12/A380 and other high-quality alloys (JIS H5302 standard), and achieves 0.5mm ultra-thin-wall complex structure molding (CT5-CT6 grade accuracy) through 800-2000T intelligent die casting system (vacuum assisted ≤30mbar). The product has been enhanced by T6 heat treatment (hardness HB90-100) and anodic oxidation (corrosion resistance 500+ hours), equipped with coordinate detection (±0.01mm) and X-ray detection (porosity ≤0.3%), widely used in new energy vehicle motor end cover, 5G base station shell and other scenes, providing a one-stop lightweight solution with a monthly production capacity of 300 tons.
