Product introduction
This aluminum alloy investment casting is made of ZL101A/AlSi7Mg and other high quality alloy (tensile strength ≥240MPa), through 9 layers of silica sol composite shell (1600℃ high temperature strength) and vacuum assisted casting (≤50mbar) process, to achieve 0.8mm ultra-thin wall complex structure molding (CT5 level accuracy). After five-axis precision machining (±0.015mm) and electroless nickel plating (HV≥600) treatment, key components such as aviation frame (weight reduction 35%), semiconductor cavity (vacuum leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁹Pa·m³/s) through X-ray inspection (ASTM E155) and three-dimensional scanning (±0.01mm) strict inspection, monthly production capacity of 80 tons, Support topology optimization design and free foundry simulation services.
