Product introduction
We use 316/316L corrosion resistant stainless steel, through the silica sol investment casting process to manufacture fire valves, joints and other key components, the product size accuracy of CT5 level (±0.15mm), through 1.5 times of working pressure test and 2000 hours of salt spray test. Support fast proofing (7-10 days), UL/FM certified, high pressure, corrosion resistant precision casting solutions for fire systems.

1. High strength and lightweight structure
ADC12 aluminum alloy (in accordance with JIS H5302 standard), with excellent casting fluidity, tensile strength ≥230MPa, yield strength ≥150MPa, density only 2.7g/cm³, weight reduction than steel more than 60%, suitable for power tools, pump shells and other applications requiring light weight and high strength.
2. High precision complex structure molding
The die-casting process can produce thin wall parts with a wall thickness of 1.5-5mm and a minimum aperture of ±0.1mm, reducing the need for subsequent machining and reducing the overall cost.
Suitable for complex geometric shapes (such as fins, stiffeners, threaded inserts).
3. Excellent surface quality
Die casting surface roughness Ra3.2~6.3μm, support subsequent sandblasting, anodizing, electrophoresis, powder spraying and other processing, improve corrosion resistance and beauty.
4. Corrosion resistance & high temperature resistance
ADC12 alloy has good corrosion resistance, salt spray test (ASTM B117) up to 500 hours without red rust, and can withstand short-term operating temperature **≤200℃**.
