Product introduction
The cold-forged metal parts are made of 1018 carbon steel (tensile ≥500MPa), 4140 alloy steel and other materials, and IT8-9 near-net forming is achieved by 1200T multi-station cold heading machine (±0.01mm positioning accuracy), and the production efficiency is 80-150 pieces/minute. Equipped with powder metallurgy die (life ≥ 500,000 cycles) and nano-coating technology, the product is nitriding treatment (HV≥900) and vacuum annealing, and key components such as automotive synchronous gear ring (life ≥10⁷ cycles) are inspected by optical screening (0.02mm accuracy) and profile analyzer (tooth profile error ≤8μm).
