Product introduction
This high-precision aluminum alloy die-casting adopts ADC12/A380 high-quality alloy (GB/T 15115 standard), and achieves 0.8mm ultra-thin-walled complex structure molding (CT6 accuracy) by 800-2000T cold chamber die-casting machine (vacuum assisted ≤50mbar). The product has been enhanced by T6 heat treatment (hardness HB80-90) and anodic oxidation (corrosion resistance 500+ hours), and the key dimensional accuracy is ±0.02mm, which is widely used in new energy vehicle battery tray (weight reduction 25%), 5G base station radiator and other scenarios. Equipped with mold flow analysis optimization and 200,000 mold life mold, monthly production capacity of 200 tons, support 5-7 working days fast proofing, providing one-stop lightweight solutions from design to mass production.
