Product introduction

This precision investment casting is made of 316L stainless steel, ZG270-500 alloy steel and other high-quality materials, through 9 layers of silica sol composite shell (temperature ≥1700℃) and vacuum induction melting (oxygen content ≤30ppm) process, to achieve 0.5mm ultra-thin wall complex structure molding (CT4-CT5 level accuracy). Products are densified by hot isostatic pressing (1200℃/150MPa) and five-axis laser finishing (±0.005mm). Key components such as aviation turbine blades (φ1.2mm cooling channel) and medical implants (porosity ≤0.1%) are strictly inspected by industrial CT (20μm resolution). The monthly production capacity is 50 tons. Supports single crystal/polycrystal process selection and fast sample delivery in 12-15 business days.
