Product introduction
This stainless steel precision cast impeller is made of 30/316L and duplex steel 2205 material (316L contains 2-3% molybdenum), through 7 layers of silica sol vacuum casting (porosity ≤0.3%) to achieve 1.2-3mm thin-wall flow molding, blade profile is optimized by three-way flow theory (efficiency increase 15-20%). After five-axis precision machining (profile tolerance ±0.05mm) and robot polishing (Ra≤0.4μm), the dynamic balance level reached G6.3 (ISO 1940), and passed the fluorescent flaw detection (0.01mm crack detection) and 1.5x water pressure test, widely used in chemical pumps, fire pumps and other high pressure scenes.
