Product introduction
This multi-alloy high-pressure die casting adopts AZ91D magnesium alloy (tensile ≥230MPa), ADC12 aluminum alloy and Zamak5 zinc alloy, and achieves 0.3-0.5mm ultra-thin wall precision molding (CT5-CT6 level accuracy) through 650T-1600T intelligent die casting system. The product is equipped with nanometer coating mold (life of 150,000 mold), through micro arc oxidation (magnesium alloy), T6 heat treatment (aluminum alloy) and other strengthening processes, with industrial CT (25μm resolution) and coordinate detection (±0.015mm), widely used in new energy vehicles (35% weight reduction), 3C electronics and other fields.
