Product introduction
This 304/316 stainless steel railing fitting is made of ASTM A276 standard stainless steel (316 containing 2-3% molybdenum), through 300T precision stamping (bending tolerance ±0.5°) and Swiss TORNOS lathe machining (concentricity ≤0.03mm). Mirror polishing (Ra≤0.4μm), wire drawing and PVD plating and other surface treatments are available. Products cover the column, elbow and other full series of accessories, suitable for φ42-63mm pipe, through laser welding (weld ≤1mm) and helium mass spectrum leak detection (≤1×10⁻⁹Pa·m³/s) strict testing, perfectly meet the high-end buildings, medical facilities and other corrosion resistance (96 hours salt spray test) and aesthetic double needs. Complies with EN 1090 CE certification standard.
