Product introduction

This 304 stainless steel precision casting for automotive engines is made of ASTM A743 standard material, and 1.5mm thin-wall complex flow channel molding is achieved by multi-layer silica sol investment casting process (CT6 precision). After five-axis CNC finishing (tolerance ±0.02mm) and electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.4μm), key parts such as oil pump housing through X-ray inspection (ASTM E155) and 200-hour dynamic pressure test, perfect for turbocharging system.
