Product introduction
This vacuum aluminum alloy die-casting is made of A380/ADC12 high fluidity alloy (silicon content 9-12%), and 0.6mm ultra-thin wall complex structure is formed by 2500T ultra-vacuum die-casting machine (cavity vacuum ≤30mbar), resulting in density ≥99.8% (X-ray porosity ≤0.2%). The product is strengthened by hot isostatic pressing (600℃/100MPa) and nano coating (friction coefficient 0.08), the key dimensional accuracy is ±0.02mm, and it is widely used in high-end fields such as new energy battery tray (weight reduction 28kg) and 5G radiator.
