Sand casting: Resin sand/water glass sand process, supporting large castings up to 5 tons per piece, gating system optimized by Flow-3D® simulation.
Composite Casting technology: Combines additive manufacturing (3D printed sand molds) with traditional processes to shorten the prototype development cycle to 72 hours.
2. Intelligent processing integration
The casting blank is directly connected to the CNC machining center (equipped with brother machine and Mazak equipment) to achieve the unity of the datum surface, and the position error is less than 0.05mm.
3. Defect control system
Melting stage: medium frequency furnace + argon protection, oxygen content ≤20ppm;
Detection stage: real-time X-ray imaging (detecting pores above ∅0.3mm), ultrasonic flaw detection (UT Class II).
4. Green production program
Old sand recovery rate ≥90%, waste wax recycling, in line with RoHS/REACH environmental standards.
