Product introduction
We focus on precision casting of railway locomotive parts, using high quality stainless steel materials such as 304/316L, through silica sol investment process to achieve ±0.1mm high-precision manufacturing. The product has been tested by X-ray flaw detection and magnetic particle detection to ensure compliance with EN15085 welding standards and tensile strength ≥520MPa. Specializing in the production of bogie components, connectors and other key parts, surface finish Ra3.2μm.
