Product introduction

304/316 stainless steel investment casting pipe fittings using investment casting process, with excellent corrosion resistance (through 48-hour salt spray test) and high precision (CT7 level), widely used in chemical, food, medical and energy industries. Through the silica sol shell (7-layer coating) and vacuum casting process, it can produce complex structural parts with a minimum φ2mm hole. After electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.8μm) and solution treatment, it has high cleanliness and high strength. With coordinate measurement (±0.01mm) and penetration detection and other strict testing, especially suitable for high-precision, high-cleanliness requirements of small batch pipe production.
