Product introduction
We use ASTM certified 316L stainless steel, through nine layers of silica sol investment casting process to manufacture high-precision tooth parts, teeth hardened by high frequency hardening HRC45-50, pitch accuracy ±0.05mm. The product has passed 3,000 hours of salt spray testing and 100,000 times of dynamic load verification, with tensile strength ≥485MPa. Specialized for critical components such as gear gears and Marine winches, DNV/GL certified support ensures excellent corrosion and wear resistance in harsh Marine environments.
