Product introduction
This stainless steel precision casting is made of 316L/2205 medical grade stainless steel (ASTM A743 standard), through silica sol investment casting (7-layer shell) to achieve 1.5mm ultra-thin wall complex structure molding (CT6 precision). The products are finished by five-axis CNC (tolerance ±0.02mm) and electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.4μm), and key components such as surgical instruments (FDA approved) are inspected by industrial CT (20μm resolution).
