Product introduction
We specialize in 304/CF8m stainless steel, through silica sol investment casting process to manufacture high-precision engine components, dimensional accuracy up to CT5 (ISO 8062), the minimum wall thickness of 1.2mm, the surface can be polished to Ra0.8μm. The product has been tested by X-ray flaw detection and salt spray test (500 hours), with tensile strength ≥515MPa and temperature resistance up to 800℃.
