Product introduction

This food-grade stainless steel meat grinder component is made of 304/316L stainless steel (ASTM A743 standard), and is molded with a 0.8mm ultra-thin blade and complex runner (Ra≤1.6μm as cast) through a 9-layer silica sol precision investment casting process. After vacuum casting (density ≥99.5%) and five-axis finishing (cutting edge Angle ±0.1°), combined with electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.4μm) and laser quenching (HRC52-55) and other strengthening processes, the product has passed X-ray flaw detection (0.3mm detection accuracy) and 3000rpm dynamic balance test. Perfectly meet the needs of 100,000 uses of commercial meat grinder.
