Product introduction
We use 316L Marine grade stainless steel precision casting, through the silica sol investment process to achieve ±0.05mm high precision manufacturing, the product through vacuum degassing pouring and argon protection welding, to ensure tensile strength ≥485MPa. Professionally designed 90° vertical embedded structure suitable for Φ48-168mm pipe diameter, the surface is provided with mirror polishing (Ra≤0.8μm) or non-slip wire drawing treatment, through 1000 hours of salt spray test and 200N·m torque test.
