Product introduction
This heavy duty stainless steel door lock latch is made of 304/316 military grade stainless steel (salt spray resistance ≥1000 hours), by 200T precision stamping (tolerance ±0.05mm) and vacuum quenching process (HRC38-42), with 5,000 N shear resistance and 100,000 times of insertion and removal life. The product adopts 45° anti-skid bevel design and double spring structure. It has passed 1-hour fire resistance test (EN 1634-1) and 8000N destructive test. It is suitable for high security places such as vaults and data centers, and supports PVD black plating and other surface treatment.
