Product introduction
This multi-industry customized die casting adopts high-performance aluminum alloy such as A380/AlSi10Mg, and achieves 1500×800mm ultra-large structure integration molding by 3500T ultra-vacuum die casting machine (vacuum degree ≤15mbar), and the porosity is controlled below 3%. The product is strengthened by high pressure hot isostatic pressing (600℃/100 mpa) and differential heat treatment process, combined with five-axis precision machining (tolerance ±0.02mm/100mm), to meet the stringent requirements of automotive engine cylinder block (40% weight reduction), aviation parts (fatigue life ≥10⁷ times) and medical equipment (zero magnetic interference). Full process solutions from digital simulation (defect rate < 0.5%) to blockchain traceability.
