We are made of 420/440C stainless steel by 11 layers of silica sol precision casting process, ensuring an ultra-high accuracy of ±0.05mm and a mirror finish of Ra0.4μm. The hardness of the product reaches HRC52-56 after vacuum heat treatment, and it has passed ISO 13485 and FDA certification, supporting 134℃ high temperature sterilization. Equipped with optical inspection and bite force testing (50N±5N), we provide CE/FDA compliant high quality instruments to dental clinics worldwide.
