Product introduction
We use ZAMAK3/ADC12 and other special alloys, through 280-1600T imported die-casting machine to achieve 0.5mm ultra-thin wall thickness precision molding, dimensional accuracy up to CT6 level (ISO 8062). Products through vacuum assisted die casting (porosity ≤3%) and T6 heat treatment, aluminum alloy tensile strength increased by 30%, zinc alloy through 500 hours of salt spray test. Specializing in the manufacture of engine housing, transmission components and other key parts, to provide IATF16949 certification of the whole process services to meet the automotive industry's high-strength, lightweight needs.
