Product introduction
The aluminum alloy die casting is made of ADC12 aluminum alloy according to JIS H5302 standard and is precise-formed by high-pressure die casting process (80-120MPa injection pressure), which combines lightweight (2.7g/cm³ density) and high strength (tensile strength ≥240MPa). Products can produce 0.8mm thin-walled complex structural parts, dimensional accuracy of ±0.1mm, widely used in industrial brackets, equipment enclosures and cooling components and other fields. In the process, the multi-slide core-drawing die (life span: 8-200,000 dies) combined with vacuum auxiliary technology (≤50mbar), combined with T6 heat treatment (530℃ solution +155℃ aging) to increase the hardness to HB80-90, and through X-ray detection (0.1mm resolution) and three-dimensional detection (±0.002mm) to ensure quality. To provide a one-stop solution from mold development to mass production for automation equipment, auto parts and other applications requiring lightweight and high strength.
