Product introduction
We use 304/316/2205 biphase steel, through the nine-layer silica sol precision casting process, the product size accuracy of CT5 (ISO 8062), the minimum wall thickness of 1.5mm, the surface treatment is optional wire/mirror (Ra0.8μm). After 3000 hours of salt spray test and 500,000 fatigue tests, static load ≥1500kg. It is professionally used in curtain wall system, bridge engineering and other fields, providing CE/EN1090 certification support to ensure the structural safety and long-term durability of building hardware.
