Product introduction
We provide 304/316/316L precision waxless casting service for stainless steel. We use silica sol precision shell making and vacuum assisted casting process to ensure that the products reach CT4-6 dimensional accuracy and Ra3.2μm surface finish. The castings have a minimum wall thickness of 0.8mm, a weight range of 10g-50kg, and are subjected to argon shielded melting and rigorous quality testing (including spectral analysis, coordinate measurement and X-ray flaw detection). Products are widely used in food processing, chemical equipment, medical equipment and other fields, support 3D drawing customization and rapid proofing (5-7 working days).
