Product introduction
Stainless steel pump shell castings are made of 304/316L stainless steel and manufactured by silica sol investment precision casting process, with excellent corrosion resistance (through 96-hour salt spray test) and 2.5MPa high pressure performance, and are widely used in chemical pump bodies, seawater desalination equipment and food and medical machinery and other harsh conditions. The product adopts vacuum assisted casting process to ensure the density of more than 99%, can be accurately formed 2mm thin-wall complex flow channel structure (CT6 dimensional accuracy), after 1100℃ solution treatment and electrolytic polishing surface finish Ra0.6μm, and through the X-ray flaw detection, 1.5 times water pressure test and spectral analysis of triple quality inspection system. High quality solutions for all types of fluid equipment with corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance and long life.
