Vacuum casting (optional) : Reduced porosity, casting density ≥98%, X-ray inspection in accordance with ASTM E505 Level 1 standards.
2.CNC precision machining
The five-axis linkage machining center guarantees the tolerance of valve body, valve seat and other key parts **±0.02mm**, roundness ≤0.01mm.
Online detection system: real-time laser measurement + air tightness test (helium leak detection rate ≤1×10⁻⁶ Pa·m³/s).
3. Strict quality control system
Material traceability: Spectral analysis (PMI) ensures that the composition is up to standard (e.g., Mo content of 2.5%~3.0%).
Non-destructive testing: X-ray (internal defects), penetration testing (surface cracks), hydraulic testing (1.5 times the working pressure to maintain pressure).

1. High strength corrosion-resistant material
304/316 stainless steel (in accordance with ASTM A351/A743 standard), acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, suitable for chemical, petroleum, seawater and other harsh environment, salt spray test (ASTM B117) ≥1000 hours without corrosion.
Available in duplex steel (2205) or super austenitic stainless steel (904L) for extreme corrosion resistance.
2. Precision size & complex structure molding
Lost wax casting (investment casting) can produce precision valve parts with wall thickness of 1.5mm~50mm, minimum aperture **±0.1mm**, surface roughness Ra3.2~6.3μm, reducing subsequent processing costs.
Suitable for ball valve, gate valve, butterfly valve and other complex flow structure, to ensure low fluid resistance, high sealing (leakage rate ≤0.01%).
3. High sealing & high pressure resistance
Valve body by CNC precision machining, sealing surface accuracy of Ra0.8μm, to ensure ANSI B16.34 Class 150~2500 pressure grade requirements.
PTFE/ graphite seal ring can be integrated, suitable for high temperature (-196℃~800℃) or high pressure (≤50MPa).
4. Customized surface treatment
Electrolytic polishing (EP), sandblasting, nickel plating, PVD coating and other solutions to improve wear resistance, anti-adhesion or aesthetic.
