Product introduction
We use 304/316 stainless steel and 42CrMo alloy steel combination manufacturing, through CNC cold rolling forming and argon arc welding process, to ensure the blade thickness accuracy of ±0.2mm (2-12mm optional), shaft diameter machining accuracy of ±0.05mm (Φ20-200mm). After X-ray inspection and dynamic balance correction (G6.3 level), the surface is polished to Ra1.6μm, and the maximum throughput is 50m³/h. With a monthly production capacity of 10,000 meters and CE/ASME certification support, it provides high-precision and durable conveying system solutions for food, chemical and other industries.
