Product introduction
We use 20CrMnTi/42CrMo and other high-quality alloy steel, through 630-2500T die forging press to achieve ±0.3mm precision molding, combined with Germany five-axis CNC machining to achieve ±0.02mm ultra-high precision. The grain size of the product is 6-8, the tensile strength is increased by 30-50%, and the fatigue life is extended by 3-5 times. Equipped with online measurement system and cryotreatment process, it has passed IATF16949/NADCAP certification and provides full-process manufacturing services for high-strength precision parts in aerospace, new energy vehicles and other fields.
