Product introduction

This American standard stainless steel casting strictly follows ASTM A743/A744 standard, using special stainless steel such as 316L/2205 (316L passed ASTM G48 intergranular corrosion test), through 7 layers of silica sol precision casting to achieve 2mm thin-wall complex structure molding (CT6 accuracy). Products through argon-oxygen decarburization refining (sulfur ≤0.01%) and CNC gantry processing (flatness ≤0.05mm/m), equipped with phased array ultrasound (Φ0.5mm defect detection) and fluorescent penetration detection (0.01mm crack identification), widely used in API standard valves (Class 1500).
