Product introduction

We offer double material investment casting services for carbon steel (ZG200-500) and 304/316 stainless steel, using the silica sol process to achieve CT4-6 class accuracy (±0.1mm) with a minimum wall thickness of 1.5mm. Products through X-ray inspection and heat treatment strengthening, stainless steel parts salt spray test up to 500 hours, covering hydraulic parts, food machinery and other fields, through the ISO9001/PED certification, support multi-material combination casting needs.
