Product introduction
This 316L stainless steel precision casting uses ASTM A743 standard medical grade material (molybdenum content 2-3%), through 9 layers of silica sol investment casting and vacuum directional solidification process, to achieve 1.2mm ultra-thin wall complex structure molding (CT5 accuracy). The product is densified by hot isostatic pressing (1150℃/100MPa) and electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.4μm), the key dimensions are refined from the five-axis machining center to ±0.015mm, and the industrial CT (20μm resolution) and intergranular corrosion test are passed.
