We focus on high-precision stainless steel valve manufacturing, using high-quality stainless steel materials such as 304/316/316L, combined with precision wax loss casting process to achieve ultra-high tolerance control of ±0.05mm. Through CNC precision machining to ensure that the valve sealing surface Ra0.8μm mirror level finish, the product through X-ray detection and 1.5 times working pressure test, fully in line with API, ANSI and other international standards.
