Product introduction
This stainless steel precision forging adopts high-end stainless steel materials such as 304/316L and 17-4PH (316L tensile ≥520MPa), through 6300T hydraulic forging press multi-direction forging (forging ratio ≥5:1) and vacuum protection heating (1150±10℃) process, to achieve IT8 precision forming (margin ≤2mm). After solid solution treatment (1050℃ water quenching) and five-axis CNC finishing (accuracy ±0.01mm), key components such as the aviation landing gear connecting rod through penetration testing (ASTM E165) and coordinate measurement (±0.003mm), meet the AS9100 aviation standard. Customized forging solutions for medical, energy and other fields that combine corrosion resistance (1000 hours salt spray testing) and high strength.
