Product introduction
This closed die forging finger fixture is made of 42CrMo4 alloy steel (EN 10083 standard), and multi-directional precision forging is achieved by 4000T hot die forging press (1150±20℃), and the material utilization rate is more than 85%. The product is strengthened by vacuum quenching (1020℃) and ion nitriding (HV900), and the key tooth shape parts are hardened by laser quenching (HRC55-60) to ensure ≥5 tons of clamping force and ±0.05mm repeated positioning accuracy, and pass 100% magnetic particle detection (ASTM E1444). It is widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as automotive welding (fire retardant splash) and aviation composite molding (CTE matching), providing whole-process fixture solutions from reverse engineering to rapid samples (10 working days).
