Product introduction
This motorcycle precision forging is made of 41CrAlMo7/42CrMo4 high-strength alloy steel (tensile strength ≥1000MPa), through 4000T electric screw press to achieve precision forging (margin ≤2mm), with the turn-milling composite center to complete ±0.015mm finishing. With controlled atmosphere carburizing (hardened layer 1.2-1.8mm) and bainite quenching treatment, key components such as crankshaft (life ≥5×10⁶ times) and transmission gear (tooth surface HRC58-62) pass EN 10228-3 ultrasonic inspection, providing a lightweight solution for high performance motorcycles with a weight reduction of 15-60%.
