Product introduction
This aluminum alloy precision forged wheel uses 6061-T6/7075-T73 aviation grade aluminum alloy (tensile strength ≥310-510MPa), through 8000T hydraulic press isothermal forging (grain size ASTM 6-7 level) to achieve 3.5-8mm ultra-thin plate design, weight reduction of 30%. The product is processed by five-axis linkage (bolt hole position ≤0.03mm) and shot peening (residual compressive stress ≥300MPa), and the dynamic balance grade is G6.3 (residual amount ≤15g·cm).
