Product introduction
This high-precision hot-forging and CNC machining part is made of 42CrMo/20CrMnTi and other high-quality alloy steel (tensile strength ≥850MPa), and multi-directional precision forging (forging ratio ≥4:1) is achieved by 6300T hydraulic forging press. Complete the finishing with the five-axis linkage machining center (accuracy ±0.01mm) and the Swiss turn-milling complex equipment (coaxiality ≤0.005mm). Products through isothermal normalizing (hardness uniformity ±1.5HRC) and cryotreatment (-196℃) to optimize performance, coordinate detection (±0.003mm) to ensure quality, widely used in automotive transmission gear (life ≥10 8xTs), aviation landing gear and other key components, providing from hot forging to CNC machining one-stop 150 tons/month production capacity solution.
