Product introduction

This multi-metal free forging is made of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy (tensile ≥310MPa), H62 brass and duplex steel 2205, and is achieved by 8000T hydraulic forging press with super-size forging (Max. Ø1500mm×8m, weighing 5 tons per piece). The product is optimized by multi-directional forging (forging ratio ≥6:1) and gradient heat treatment, and key components such as ship propeller shafts (fatigue life ≥10⁷ times) are tested by phased array ultrasound (EN 10228-3).
