Product introduction
This precision forging adopts 42CrMo/20MnTiB alloy steel (GB/T 3077 standard), through 6300T hydraulic forging press with medium frequency induction heating (1200±10℃) to achieve near net forming (forging ratio ≥4:1), product dimensional accuracy up to IT8-IT9 level, minimum drawing Angle 3°. Optimized by tempering treatment (HRC28-32) and cryogenic process (-196℃), tensile strength ≥850MPa, ultrasonic flaw detection (EN 10228-3) to ensure no defects, widely used in mining crusher hammer (life increased by 200%), wind power spindle and other heavy duty parts, monthly production capacity of 200 tons, Provide forging services from process simulation to mass production.
