Product introduction
Mechanical flanges are key connectors for industrial piping systems, manufactured in 304/316L stainless steel (ASTM A351 standard) by investment precision casting process, with excellent corrosion resistance (96-hour salt spray test) and mechanical strength (tensile strength ≥515MPa). Products cover ANSI, DIN, JIS and other standard specifications, the maximum diameter up to 2000mm, pressure class covering PN6-PN40, sealing surface processing accuracy of Ra1.6μm. The advantages of the process are as follows: 1) silica sol casting (7-layer shell) combined with vacuum casting, achieving a density of more than 98%; 2) Five-axis CNC machining to ensure that the bolt hole position ≤0.1mm; 3) 1050℃ solution treatment + pickling passivation double enhancement, with laser tracker (±0.05mm/m) and coordinate detection (±0.02mm) strict quality control. Widely used in harsh working conditions such as oil pipelines, nuclear power equipment and Marine systems, providing flange connection solutions with high sealing and long life.

1. Precision casting process
Investment casting: silica sol shell (7 layers of coating), shell temperature resistance 1600℃, casting surface finish Ra≤3.2μm.
Vacuum casting: reduce oxidation slag inclusion, casting density ≥98%, X-ray detection in accordance with ASTM E155 standards.
2. Numerical control processing technology
Large vertical lathe (machining diameter ≤2.5m) with five-axis linkage machining center, bolt hole position error ≤0.1mm.
The turning accuracy of the sealing surface is Ra1.6μm, and the flatness is less than 0.05mm/m.
3. Professional post-processing
Solution treatment: Water quenching at 1050℃ to eliminate stress and optimize corrosion resistance.
Pickling passivation: Removal of free iron ions, tested according to ASTM A967.
4. Whole process testing system
Size detection: laser tracker (±0.05mm/m) + coordinate measurement (key size ±0.02mm).
Pressure test: 1.5 times the working pressure water pressure/air tightness test.
Material analysis: spectrometer + metallographic microscope (inclusions grade ≤1.5).
