Dynamic balance test: residual unbalance ≤50g·m, in line with UIC 510-3 standards.

Product introduction
The 920mm railway wheels are forged in ER8/ER9 high carbon steel (EN 13262) in one block, with a 10,000-ton hydraulic forging and isothermal forming process to ensure ultra-high strength (tensile strength ≥880MPa) and wear resistance (life of more than 1 million km). After rim quenching and tempering (hardness 300HBW+) and CNC precision machining (±0.1mm accuracy), with optimized rim noise reduction design (reduce 15-20dB noise) and strict dynamic balance test (residual imbalance ≤50g·m), the product is perfectly suitable for heavy-duty freight, subway and high-speed EMUs and other scenes. Full process forging wheel solutions that comply with international standards such as UIC 510-3.
