This precision CNC machining service uses German DMG five-axis joint center (accuracy ±0.005mm) and Swiss TORNOS turn-milling complex equipment, which can process stainless steel (304/316), aluminum alloy (6061/7075) and titanium alloy, and achieve a tolerance of ±0.02mm and Ra≤0.8μm surface finish. The products cover complex parts such as medical implant fixtures and new energy motor shells, optimized by online measurement compensation and CAM programming, combined with surface treatments such as anodizing (aluminum parts) or electrolytic polishing (stainless steel) to meet stringent standards such as ISO 13485, providing high-precision and fast delivery solutions in small batches for aerospace, semiconductor and other fields.
