Product introduction
This medical grade stainless steel precision casting is made of 316L VM stainless steel (ASTM A743 standard), through 9 layers of silica sol composite shell and vacuum directional solidification process, to achieve 0.8mm ultra-thin wall complex structure molding (CT5 accuracy). The product is densified by hot isostatic pressing (1000℃/100MPa) and electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.4μm), and the key dimensions are refined to ±0.005mm by Swiss CNC grinding machine. Perfect for demanding applications such as surgical robot joints and semiconductor vacuum chambers with biocompatibility (ISO 10993) and ultra-high cleanliness (≤0.1mg/cm²) requirements.
